All of our products are made to order through our print-on-demand partner, Printify. This means that each item is created specifically for you after your order is placed.
Order Processing & Production
Most orders are produced and shipped within 2–7 business days. Production times may be longer during holidays, sales events, or periods of high order volume.
Shipping Times
After production is complete, estimated delivery times are:
- United States: 2–8 business days
- International: 10–30 business days
Delivery times may vary depending on your location, carrier delays, weather conditions, and customs processing.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package's progress.
Multiple Packages
If your order contains multiple items, they may arrive in separate shipments. This can happen when products are produced by different printing partners or shipped from different locations.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Grit & Faith Athletics is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 30 days of delivery (or expected delivery) so we can help resolve the issue.
