Because all of our products are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color selection, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review product descriptions and sizing information carefully before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@gritandfaithathletics.com.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number
  • A description of the issue
  • Clear photos of the product and the defect

If the issue is verified, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Lost Packages

If your order appears to be lost in transit, please contact us and we will work with the shipping carrier and our production partner to help resolve the issue.

Cancellations

Because orders are sent into production shortly after they are placed, cancellations or changes may not be possible once production has begun.
